Cheesy Apple Pupcakes Dog Treat Recipe

Cupcakes are the best! If we had to pick ONE cupcake to eat for the rest of our lives, it would probably be between carrot cake cupcake or any cupcake with apples in it! Speaking of apples, apples are a very nutritious and tasty snack for dogs! For this recipe, we will be making Cheesy Apple Pupcakes! Who doesn't like apples and cheese?

Whole wheat flour is completely safe for your dogs to consume as long as they have no wheat allergy. Please consult with your veterinarian on any allergies or health concerns your pet might have before making treats for your dogs. We love using oats when we make dog treats because oats are a great alternative carbohydrate for dogs that may be sensitive to wheat or grains. Oats contain vitamin B, which helps maintain a healthy coat and keeps your dog's skin strong and healthy. It's also a great source of fiber, making it great for dogs with bowel irregularity issues. Make sure the oats are cooked before serving to your pets.

Apples can provide antioxidants, help relieve allergies and improve your dog's gut health. Olive oil helps prevent cardiovascular disease and diabetes. It also helps manage your dog's weight, boosts their immune system, protects their joints and good for their skin and coat.

Honey provides energy, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Cheese contains protein, calcium, vitamin A, essential fatty acids, and B-complex vitamins. Because of the high fat and sodium content found in cheese, you want to feed your pets in moderation. Eggs are a great source of protein! They help provide great health benefits for dogs like improved skin and coat and stronger teeth and bones!
