We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges from Petique.com on all eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that any damages caused by you or your pets are not eligible for return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you’ll need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
If your item has a manufacture defect that wasn’t caused by you or your pet, immediately stop using the product and email us photos of the defect as well as your receipt or proof of purchase.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from Petique, Inc. by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please make sure you include the RA# inside the box with your returned items.
All packages that are returned with no Return Authorization Number will be refused. Petique will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange or refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is broken and no longer in working condition, you will not receive a refund.
We will initiate an exchange or refund depending on the condition the return is in. You will be notified when a refund has been issued. Refunds will be issued to your original payment form.
Refunds will take within 2-3 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
